Stoke Park Infant School's governing body follows a flat structure and meets at least each half-term to discuss all aspects of governance.

The Department for Education guidance states that diversity data, relating to the members of the governing body, should be widely accessible to members of the school community and the public.  As this is non-statutory, the governing body is awaiting further guidance before publishing this information.
