Staffing

 

Teaching staff in both the infant and junior school are inclusive and experienced in working with children who have Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). The resourced provision is managed by Mrs Penny Earl who is a SENCO-accredited qualified teacher with post-graduate qualifications in Special Education. She joined Stoke Park in September 2016 with more than 18 years' experience of running a similar setting in another Hampshire school. 

 

The Resource Provision has a team of dedicated and highly skilled Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) - the majority of whom have specialised for many years in working with children who have SLCN.

 

We are also fortunate to have as part of our team, Miss Saara Bidder, a Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) who is specially designated by the NHS to work with children who are part of our resource provision.
